The hotel offers nice and well-maintained rooms overlooking the pool and palm trees, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the room configuration might be inconvenient for families with young children. The service is exceptional but language barriers can occasionally cause minor issues. The location provides a beautiful view of the coastline but may not always match initial promises. The dining options are decent, though room for improvement exists. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is situated on the top floor with lifts to take you there, offering very spacious rooms with lovely views featuring LED mood lights around the TV, mirror, and bed. Although there was no balcony, the wonderful sea view made up for it; however, access to the balcony was inconvenient as it required staff assistance, which was sometimes denied.
